This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues
• Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections
• Install and upgrade heating and cooling equipment
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national HVAC codes
• Work with ductwork, ventilation systems, and energy-efficient units
• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong boiler skills and experience is a huge plus!
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Applicable HVAC certifications and licenses for Massachusetts

  Compensation: $80,000–$150,000 per year (based on performance and experience)
