The Business Services Representative (BSR) serves as the primary point of contact and local subject matter expert for businesses within their assigned Workforce Delivery Area. The BSR markets and promotes the services of Mass Hire North Shore Career Center and Mass Biz Works to employers and other interested parties, develops promotional programs, conducts business assessments, disseminates labor market information, and provides technical assistance concerning recruitment of Career Center clients.
The BSR cultivates lasting relationships with employers in the Mass Hire North Shore service area.

- Applicants must have at least three (3) years of full‑time or equivalent part‑time professional experience in business, marketing, recruitment, employment or educational counseling, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and substitutions.
- Substitution:
An associate’s degree or higher in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of experience. - Incumbents may need a current and valid motor vehicle driver’s license relevant to the assignment.
