What You’ll DoSupport the Instructional Technology Department in 21st‑century learning initiatives, helping shape teaching and learning across the district. In this role you will support hardware and software in schools.
Role Responsibilities- Provide onsite and remote support for students and teachers using a ticketing system.
- Manage all aspects of the 1:1 programs, including inventory and repairs for Chromebooks.
- Deploy Chromebooks and configure Google accounts for staff and students.
- Monitor Chromebook age and functionality by grade level and coordinate fleet replacements as needed.
- Assess and repair classroom presentation equipment and coordinate with third‑party vendors for repairs.
- Develop and maintain workflows to improve turnaround time for in‑house and warranty repairs.
- Assist and provide backup for other staff as needed.

- Associate’s degree in a related field or three years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates and candidates of color are strongly encouraged.
- Current authorization to work in the United States.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
