Job DescriptionUSDA Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) Float Food Service Worker & Meal Transporter

Program dates June 29, 2026 – August 21, 2026
Program length varies from 5-8 weeks, and days of operation vary depending on site need. Shift times will start as early as 7:00 A.M. and end as late as 6:30 P.M., depending on the location. Please indicate your availability in your letter of interest.
Summer Food Service Program:
Float Food Service Worker & Meal Transporter needed for USDA SFSP Sponsor Program. Hours and days to be determined. Produce and package meals, provide service & meal service counting at approved SFSP meal site(s) $22/hour. Hours and days will vary depending on programmatic need. Will need to travel among sites. A valid MA license is required.
Interested candidates shall submit a written statement of interest to SPS Food & Nutrition Services (mshort) no later than April 17, 2026. All personnel will be required to successfully pass a CORI and attend mandatory training.
