Delivery Driver​/Shopper

Position Overview:

Jaho Coffee is seeking a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Delivery Driver to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe and bakery business. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of our products to our locations in Salem, Boston and Cambridge, MA as well as our other customers in the area.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills, a commitment to punctuality, physical strength to lift heavy weights, and a clean driving record.

• Safely operate and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well‑maintained, and adheres to all road safety regulations.
• Efficiently plan delivery routes to ensure timely product delivery while optimizing fuel efficiency.
• Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and minimizing the risk of damage.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products in a courteous and professional manner to our wholesale customers, maintaining the positive image of Jaho Coffee.
• Collaborate with the cafe and bakery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and address any concerns or special instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, addresses, and product quantities.
• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, driving defensively and responsibly at all times.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with additional tasks in the cafe and bakery as needed during non‑delivery hours.
