Food Service Director

The Temporary Food Service Driver is responsible for the delivery of food and supplies for the food service department to each of the schools in the district. The temporary food service driver also aids each head cook in organizing their storage rooms, freezers, and refrigerators.

• Transportation and delivery of frozen, fresh, and shelf‑stable foods and other supplies
• Loading and unloading of the food service van
• Safely and efficiently storing food in the proper area (freezer, refrigerator, storage room)
• Periodically organize and purge freezers, refrigerators, and storage rooms

• Full‑Time Food Service Driver
• Head Cook/Kitchen Manager/Inventory Manager
• Head Cook/Kitchen Manager
• Food Service Director and Staff

• 30 hours a week

• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Strong sense of customer service
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
• Courteous, friendly demeanor
• Must pass a CORI check
• Must pass Fingerprint check
• Current authorization to work in the United States
