Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure their satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
• Problem‑solve and encourage customers to commit to services

• Three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Ability to direct conversations and close sales
• A proactive approach to customer interactions
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred

• Experience in customer service or sales roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs
