Montauk Lodge is located in the heart of beautiful Montauk State Park, one of Missouri’s most popular destinations for rainbow trout fishing, hiking, and outdoor adventure. We offer cozy cabins, resort‑style guest rooms, a busy restaurant, a retail gift shop, and access to some of the most scenic trails in the state. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced kitchen while surrounded by nature, this is a great opportunity to build experience and be part of a fun, hardworking team.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
• Support the Kitchen Manager and Lead Cook in delivering a great guest dining experience
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
• Complete required food safety logs accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests
• Work as part of a team to create a positive and efficient kitchen environment

• At least 1 year of culinary training or kitchen experience
• Knowledge of food prep, storage, sanitation, and commercial kitchen equipment
• Serv Safe or state food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Must be 18 years or older
