Substitute Bus Driver

Dent-Phelps R-III School District is seeking a dependable and safety-minded Bus Driver to transport students safely to and from school, activities, and events.

The successful candidate will operate a school bus according to district and state safety procedures, maintain appropriate student behavior while on the bus, complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections, communicate professionally with students, families, and staff, and serve as a positive representative of the district.

Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain the required Missouri school bus driver certification, including a valid Commercial Driver’s License with appropriate endorsements. A successful background check and clean driving record are required. The ideal candidate is punctual, patient, responsible, and committed to student safety.
