Location:
Salem, MO
Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday. Start time: 5 PM until finish. Avg 14–16‑hour shifts.
Starting Pay: $22.94 per hour.

Responsibilities- Safely and accurately select customer orders. Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
- Perform pre‑shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
- Carefully move products from racks to pallets directed by order‑selecting software and equipment.
- Validate that the correct product has been selected and is damage free.
- Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink‑wrap palletized orders.
- Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in aisle, and return pallet jacks to charging area.
- Comfortable working in a multi‑temperature environment ranging from
-5 °C to over 100 °F. - Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases during each shift required.
- Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday. At times weekends and holidays may be required.
- Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in a high‑endurance or highly physical activity or role such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc.
- Experience selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment is preferred.
Base rate between $22.94 and $23.94 per hour. Over‑time, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, and shift differential may also apply.
