Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Controller will be responsible for:

What You’ll DoLead Global Accounting and Reporting

Own the global accounting process and ensure the company delivers timely, accurate, and insightful financial results that support effective decision-making.

Strengthen Controls, Governance, and Compliance

Build and maintain a strong control environment that protects the business today while evolving with the company’s growth, complexity, and future readiness.

You’ll:
  • Lead the global internal control framework, including process documentation, testing, remediation, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors and key advisors.
  • Oversee accounting policies, technical accounting matters, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate policies.
  • Promote accountability, consistency, and disciplined execution cross-functionally across the global organization.
Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, and Strategic Initiatives

Serve as a practical business partner to operations and finance leadership, with ownership for the accounting processes that support manufacturing performance, integrations, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead manufacturing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and standard costing activities across multiple facilities.
  • Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory valuation, working capital, and operational performance drivers.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, purchase accounting, and post-close finance integration activities.
  • Partner with leadership on due diligence, transaction readiness, and strategic projects.
  • Translate complex accounting and operational issues into clear insights and actions for business leaders.
Develop the Team and Drive Continuous Improvement

Lead with a mentor’s mindset and a hands‑on approach, developing the accounting team while improving the processes, systems, and capabilities that enable the business to scale.

You’ll:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a global accounting team, building capability, accountability, and succession depth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Modernize accounting and reporting processes through standardization, automation, analytics, and ERP optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and scale financial processes while improving quality and control.
  • Model hands‑on leadership by engaging in the details when needed while developing others to take on broader responsibility.
What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications
  • CPA required; bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, preferably with a strong public accounting foundation.
  • Experience as a Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting, or similar leadership role in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, global consolidations, financial reporting, internal controls, external audits, and multi‑site operations.
