KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a company local to the Salem, NH area in their search for an AP Specialist. This position is onsite 5 days a week and will report to the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities- Verify invoices for proper approvals, supporting documentation, and PO alignment before processing
- Process accounts payable invoices on a consistent schedule
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Perform reconciliations of vendor statements and outstanding payables
- Support check run preparation through account reconciliation activities
- Maintain accurate sales/use tax records and calculations in compliance with requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of AP experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using larger ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.)
Compensation: $26/hr - $30/hr DOE
