KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a large manufacturing organization in the Salem, NH area that is looking to add a Senior Staff Accountant to their team. The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following:- General ledger accounting supporting the corporate office and subsidiaries
- Month end and quarter end close, complex account reconciliations, accruals
- Account analysis and review
- Assist with documentation of procedures
- Participate in process improvements
- Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audit
- Support Financial Planning and Analysis with quarterly reporting requirements
- Manage expense reporting, support operations
- Bachelors in Accounting of Finance
- 3 or more years relevant corporate accounting experience in a complex company
- Working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems
- Strong Excel, analytical and research skills
- Prefer experience with manufacturing, distribution related industries
