Looking for the most fun you will ever have at work? Join our Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem Summer Camp team and spend your days laughing, leading, creating, and making a real impact in kids’ lives.

You will help plan and lead exciting daily activities, theme days, and special events, support field trips, and create a safe, welcoming environment where young people can learn, grow, and have fun. Every day brings something new, and your creativity and energy will help make camp a place kids cannot wait to come back to.

• Enthusiasm for working with youth and creating positive experiences
• Commitment to the full camp season, including training and setup
• Willingness to obtain or hold CPR and First Aid certification
• Reliability, teamwork, and a flexible attitude
• Minimum age of 16 and readiness to complete required trainings
