Drive Custom Fit is looking for our next team player to join our team.

This role includes:

• Friday night coverage
• Summer Saturday event support
• Daytime office hours
• Assistance with creative marketing initiatives

This position averages approximately 20 hours per week, with opportunities for growth.

• Deliver exceptional member experiences at the front desk and throughout the club
• Support club operations and uphold Drive standards
• Assist with events and community initiatives
• Support marketing and administrative projects
• Maintain professionalism and leadership presence during assigned shifts

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service (retail, service, or fitness industry preferred)
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and mature demeanor
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft & Google Suite);
  Mindbody experience a plus
• Experience with canva, adobe or related programs
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain certification)
