Exciting Opportunity for Licensed General Medicine Physicians – Locum Position

In this role, you will provide essential health assessments at your own office locations within a 50-mile radius of Lincoln and Lebanon, NH. Conduct interview-based exams and selective physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing, without prescribing or treating patients. The work is primarily on a PRN basis, with options for half or full days, creating an excellent opportunity for work-life balance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid medical license in the appropriate state(s)
• Background in internal medicine, family medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine
• Experience with compensation and pension examinations preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to conduct accurate interviews and physical assessments

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Prior experience with veteran health assessments
• Familiarity with the VA or military medical evaluations
• Additional certifications or training in occupational health or related areas

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience
• Prior experience in performing C&P exams or similar assessments beneficial

Other Requirements:

• Must own and operate an office within the specified radius
• Willing to complete required training and onboarding promptly
• Ability to perform examinations independently with minimal supervision
• Local candidates only; travel included in the agreed rates
• No reimbursement for certifications or portal training before engagement

This opportunity offers competitive flat rates of $800 for half-day (up to 4 hours) and $1,600 for full-day (5 hours or more) shifts, including exam time and report submission, with no overtime or holiday rates. A one-time bonus of $650 is available upon completion of initial training and first exams.
