Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting - EPN​/EPS Physician Services

* Hybrid schedule is 2 days in person, 3 days remote*

Oversees the Elliot Medical Group finance division in maintaining sound financial policies and financial reporting. Is instrumental in the management and coordination of the annual budget process, annual projections, and long-range planning. Supports operations and the strategic objectives of the organization through comprehensive financial planning, reporting, and variance analysis.

• Oversees and coordinates the annual budget and annual projection processes for Elliot Medical Group, including end-user training schedules and review meetings with department heads
• Leads budget training sessions for department heads
• Adheres to budget timelines provided by Physician Finance leadership to ensure each process milestone is fully complete when required
• Completes review and analysis of practice-level budgets and projections to ensure all revenues, compensation, and expenses are accurately reflected and in line with expectations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field, Required
• 5-7 years of experience performing budget/financial analysis work in healthcare, Required
• 2 years of management/supervisory experience in finance, Required
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Required
