    • Oversee data migration, integrations, reporting, and security in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and Data teams.
  • Change Management & Adoption (Core Accountability)
    • Own the enterprise change management strategy for Oracle Fusion implementations and enhancements.
    • Ensure business readiness through structured change plans covering communications, training, process redesign, role impacts, and adoption metrics.
    • Partner with functional leaders to drive behavioral change and adoption at all organizational levels.
    • Ensure go‑lives are supported by effective hyper‑care, user enablement, and feedback loops.
    • Measure and continuously improve adoption, usability, and business outcomes post‑implementation.
  • Oracle Fusion Support & Operations
    • Build and lead a global Oracle Fusion support organization, combining internal teams and third‑party support partners.
    • Refine and operate a tiered support model (L1–L3) with clear ownership, SLAs, and escalation paths.
    • Own Oracle Fusion release and change management, including quarterly updates, regression testing, business impact assessment, and readiness approvals.
    • Ensure platform stability, performance, and user satisfaction across regions and functions.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Serve as the primary executive interface with Oracle, systems integrators, and managed service providers.
    • Own partner strategy, selection, performance management, and cost optimization.
    • Ensure external partners align with internal governance, delivery standards, and change management expectations.
  • Governance, Controls & Risk Management
    • Establish strong ERP governance, including design authority, change control, and architecture oversight.
    • Ensure Oracle Fusion supports SOX, audit, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements globally.
