In this hands‑on role, you'll help configure, test, install, and support cutting‑edge server and network solutions both in our integration lab and at customer sites.

• Configure and build customer server systems and network hardware.
• Install components, update firmware, and perform BIOS, RAID, UEFI, OS, and out‑of‑band management configurations.
• Rack, cable, and label servers, switches, and related equipment.
• Perform operating system installations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Test hardware and peripherals to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical support requests.
• Travel to customer locations for installations and support, including occasional overnight travel.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours and weekend support.
• Stay current with evolving technologies and industry best practices.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or other IT certifications are a plus.
• Experience configuring servers, networking equipment, or enterprise hardware is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and participate in an on‑call support rotation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, and working in data center environments for extended periods.
• Ability to work with computer hardware requiring close attention to detail and manual dexterity.
