We''re looking for a motivated Helpdesk Technician to join a growing IT team at Salem , NH! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving technical issues, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a collaborative environment.

Client is unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future
Required Qualifications:- 1–5 years of experience providing IT Help Desk or Desktop Support
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (Entra )
- Understanding of basic networking concepts, including Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach and excellent verbal and written communication
- Exposure to working with or coordinating third-party Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is preferred
- Familiarity with AV/Conference Room technology and Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager is a plus
