Taymax Group, LP, a multi-unit Planet Fitness franchisee, seeks an IT Support Coordinator in Salem, NH. The role supports the Global Operations Team, monitors the helpdesk, and partners with our IT vendor for peak-season and ongoing IT operations.
The position is based in Salem, NH with 5–10% travel to assist in club projects. You will resolve end-user issues, support POS and telephony, and help maintain IT health and communications across sites.
