What You’ll Be Doing:
Power up our supplier network:
Build and nurture relationships with suppliers to boost on-time deliveries and fuel our company’s growth.
Cost-effective wizardry:
Help identify cost-effective sourcing options and work hand-in-hand with our Supply Chain team to make them a reality.
Master the details:
Be the go-to person for tracking key metrics like shortage lists, purchase order compliance, and supplier performance.
Lead the charge on strategy:
Develop strategic partnerships that are built on trust, reliability, and mutual growth—always with a focus on value beyond price.
Make decisions that matter:
Align our sourcing strategies with company goals while optimizing order policies and reducing working capital.
Mentor and develop the team:
Share your expertise with the team, help them grow, and empower them to achieve excellence.
Wear many hats:
No two days are the same—assist with any additional duties or projects that come up!
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a similar field (preferred, but we’re also big on passion and potential!)1-3 years of experience in procurement or a related field (if you’re a fast learner, we’ll help you sharpen those skills!)A tech-savvy guru:
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and eager to learn new tools.
Strong communication skills:
Both verbal and written—whether you're negotiating with suppliers or collaborating with teammates, you can communicate clearly and confidently.
A detail-oriented organizer:
You can juggle multiple tasks while ensuring everything stays accurate and on track.
A time management pro:
You’ll stay ahead of the curve and make every minute count!
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or similar methodologies.
