About The Role

As a Maintenance Technician Assistant, you'll be a key part of our field operations team. You'll assist with essential upkeep across our properties while learning the skills to grow into a full technician role.

Duties include:

• General cleaning and upkeep of buildings and grounds
• Trash and debris removal
• Seasonal tasks like shoveling and lawn care
• Delivery runs and hauling (heavy lifting required)
• Assisting the maintenance supervisor with daily tasks and property needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a Ford F-450 truck with trailer preferred
• Must own a smartphone and have reliable daily transportation
• Valid Driver License
• Able to pass a DOT Exam
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take pride in maintaining properties as if they were your own

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts

Compensation

$16.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
