Service Manager

As Service Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team of technicians and supervisors, optimize daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the company’s commitment to reliability and quality.

• Manage service operations, customer relationships, and maintenance programs
• Set goals, budgets, and standardize processes for consistent quality
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and technicians
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain shop tools, equipment, and fleet inventory

• 7–9 years in service operations, maintenance management, or technical leadership
• Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience with aerial lifts or heavy equipment, hydraulics, and electrical diagnostics
• Proven leadership in a fast‑paced, shop‑floor–focused environment
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and service management systems;
  Salesforce preferred
• Valid driver’s license; IPAF, CPR/AED, or forklift certifications a plus
