SMT Operator

Job Title

Syn Qor seeks an experienced and certified SMT Machine Operator to support the manufacturing process. Primary responsibilities include machine set-up, operation, quality monitoring and basic troubleshooting related to the high-speed placement of components.

• High school diploma/ GED
• IPC Certification desired

• 3+ years SMT Machine Operation required

• Solid understanding of the functions and operations of SMT equipment (Siemens experience is a plus)
• Effectively read Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assembly prints
• Component identification
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
