• High visibility across Operations, Quality, and Product Development
• Direct impact on cost, efficiency, and scalability
• Leadership opportunity with team building and capability development
• Transformation focus: drive automation, lean initiatives, and data-driven decision making

• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team
• Drive improvements in yield, throughput, cycle time, and cost
• Lead continuous improvement and root cause initiatives
• Execute capital and process improvement projects
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment and execution
• Advance manufacturing systems, automation, and data visibility

• 7–10+ years in manufacturing engineering; 3+ years leading teams
• Strong experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
• Proven ability to improve process capability and operational KPIs
• Experience supporting NPI and product industrialization
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
• Familiarity with tools like Factory Logix, Solid Works, AutoCAD

Preferred:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, Master’s Degree
