Prototype Assembler/Solderer, ENE
Job Summary:Assembles and solders engineering prototype, pilot and small run production jobs.
Essential Functions:- SMT, Thru-Hole and electromechanical assembly and soldering using engineering and/or preproduction documentation.
- Working through product start up issues with engineering and customers.
- Supporting rework and inspection of production products on an as needed basis.
Five years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing environment.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:- Hand soldering of SMT and Thru-Hole components.
- Extensive rework skills in SMT and Thru-Hole technology.
- Identification of electronic components.
- Must be able to interpret drawings and work instructions.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable ISO processes.
Normal Manufacturing work environment
