We are looking for a hands-on Glass Fabrication Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new equipment, and taking pride in precise, quality work.

Experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person on our equipment, processes, and procedures.

We value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Glass Fabrication Technician, you will learn and perform a variety of processes used to prepare and finish precision optical components, including:

  • Mount optical components for processing
  • Operate lens centering and beveling equipment
  • Operate polishing equipment
  • Hand bevel and chamfer precision glass
  • Clean and finish components after processing
  • Inspect your work to ensure quality and specifications are met
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Requires working with latex, acetone, and methanol alcohol
  • Support our shipping department with various tasks based on business needs

  • Previous manufacturing, machining, CNC, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
