We are seeking dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide crucial General Medicine services for Veterans Evaluation Services (VES), a Maximus company supporting our nation’s heroes. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across the country.
• Conduct interview-based assessments with some physical testing, such as range of motion and muscle strength evaluations.
• Complete exams independently using your own office space within a 50-mile radius of designated locations in Lincoln, NH, and Lebanon, NH.
• Manage brief administrative follow-ups, including report submissions with addendums or medical opinions.
• Maintain compliance with training and credentialing requirements, ensuring timely onboarding and ongoing performance.

Required Skills:

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with appropriate certifications.
• Proven experience in general medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or orthopedic surgery.
• Ability to perform interview-based assessments with minimal physical examinations.
• Strong organizational skills for timely documentation and report submission.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently within your own office setting.

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with compensation and pension evaluations.
• Prior work in military or veteran healthcare settings.
• Ability to complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work on a PRN basis, including half-day or full-day shifts.

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in general or internal medicine.
• Prior experience in evaluation or assessment roles preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Local candidates only; travel reimbursement included in rates.
• Availability to work one day per week in Lincoln and Lebanon, NH.
• Successful completion of required training and exams, with a bonus incentive.
• Must have your own office space within the specified radius.
• No billing or treatment responsibilities; exams are primarily interview-based and physical assessments only.

Enjoy competitive pay rates of $600 for half-day shifts (up to 4 hours) and $1200 for full-day shifts (5 hours or more), with a one-time training bonus of $650. Overtime and holiday rates do not apply. These roles are ongoing on a PRN basis, providing flexibility and stability.
