Elliot Health System (EHS) in New Hampshire’s Queen City of Manchester is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our established level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
The unit is a 34‑bed private and semi‑private unit focused on family‑centered care, offering developmental screening, nutritional counseling, LS, PT/OT/SLP, regional neonatal transport, high‑frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, whole‑body cooling, and a NICU follow‑up program. We provide 24/7 in‑house neonatology coverage and collaborate with subspecialty services including pediatric surgery, anesthesia, pulmonary, neurology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, nephrology, developmental‑behavioral pediatrics, and high‑risk MFM.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Neonatology team to create, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive plan of care for each high‑risk newborn. Provide ongoing education and support to the newborn’s parents and family, ensuring a highly rewarding and family‑centered care experience.
Qualifications- Skill in delivery room management, PIV, umbilical lines, lumbar punctures, and endotracheal intubations
- Board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Eligibility for a New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner license
- Eligibility for a Federal DEA Certificate
