Adventure Camp Director - Community Services Department

Runs day‑to‑day camp operations ensuring participants, staff and site maintain standards that lead to a quality camp experience and program (20‑24 hours per week). Reports directly to and is accountable to the Community Services Coordinator.

• Supervise campers and counselors in outdoor adventure activities
• Serve as primary contact for parents and incidents
• Enforce safety and behavior standards
• Coordinate field trips and daily activities
• Manage attendance, reports, and safety checks
• Maintain equipment and program areas

• 2+ years experience working with children in camp or recreation settings
• Strong leadership and group management skills
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work outdoors and assist in emergencies
• 20‑24 hours per week
