Job DescriptionAdventure Camp Director - Community Services Department
Runs day‑to‑day camp operations ensuring participants, staff and site maintain standards that lead to a quality camp experience and program (20‑24 hours per week). Reports directly to and is accountable to the Community Services Coordinator.
What You’ll Do- Supervise campers and counselors in outdoor adventure activities
- Serve as primary contact for parents and incidents
- Enforce safety and behavior standards
- Coordinate field trips and daily activities
- Manage attendance, reports, and safety checks
- Maintain equipment and program areas
- 2+ years experience working with children in camp or recreation settings
- Strong leadership and group management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outdoors and assist in emergencies
- 20‑24 hours per week
