Quality ManagerFull Time Salem, NH, US
Responsibilities:- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, AS9100, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, ITAR, and other applicable customer and regulatory requirements.
- Establish, monitor, and report Quality Department KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions to achieve quality and business objectives.
- Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other cross‑functional teams to improve processes, resolve quality issues, and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Manage internal audits, CAPA programs, document control, calibration systems, change management activities, and QMS performance reporting to senior leadership.
- Lead and develop Quality personnel, host customer and registrar audits, oversee supplier qualification activities, and ensure required training and certifications are maintained.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 7 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting electronics, aerospace, defense, or medical device products.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485, AS9100, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, control plans, FMEAs, and quality management system requirements.
- Experience leading audits, corrective action programs, supplier quality initiatives, and compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities;
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or NADCAP experience preferred.
