Quality Control Inspector:
Med Device - Contract to Hire

Are you passionate about quality and precision? Leading medical devices company is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector II to ensure products meet established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, experience interpreting technical documentation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Shift of the Quality Control Inspector:

7a-3:30p

Pay Rate of the Quality Control Inspector:

$21-24/Hr

Responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector:
  • Perform in-process and final inspections of components, subassemblies, fibers, and cleanroom products
  • Review work orders, drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify product requirements
  • Use precision measurement and inspection equipment to ensure product conformity
  • Identify, document, and classify nonconforming products and quality issues
  • Accurately record inspection results, measurements, and quality findings
  • Monitor quality trends and communicate concerns to Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
  • Support and mentor less experienced inspectors on inspection methods and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with quality systems, safety standards, ESD protocols, and cleanroom requirements
  • Keep inspection and production areas organized and audit-ready
Requirements of the Quality Control Inspector:
  • 2+ years of inspection experience in manufacturing, electronics, medical device, quality, or related industries
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
  • Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply quality standards
  • Basic computer skills for documentation, data entry, and record management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
