Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising

Leads and supports the Store Leader to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation;
Provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge sharing;
Plans, executes, and maintains floor sets and refreshes; manages window installations and seasonal décor placement;
Manages product replenishment and mannequin placement; optimizes store atmosphere;
Communicates effectively with executive team and participates in hiring, promotions, and terminations decisions based on performance
