Join a friendly, team-oriented floral merchandising company dedicated to brightening local retail stores in Salem, NH, as a PT Floral Merchandiser and make a positive impact every day. As a PT Floral Merchandiser, you'll help create beautiful floral displays that delight customers and enhance store environments. You'll work closely with store teams to ensure floral sections are attractive, fresh, and well-maintained, supporting the overall shopping experience.

What You'll Do As a PT Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays to ensure they look vibrant and inviting
• Watering, rotating, cleaning, and caring for floral products to keep them fresh and appealing
• Following planograms and completing light paperwork to ensure displays meet company standards
• Building eye-catching floral arrangements and displays that attract customers
• Lifting, moving, and organizing floral products and supplies (up to 40 lbs)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area
• Traveling locally to assist at nearby store locations as needed, especially during peak floral seasons

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A positive attitude, dependability, and self-motivation
• Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Experience in floral or retail merchandising is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate
