This is a developmental role with a clear path to full Sales Representative, designed for candidates who want to learn the business from the ground up.

• Support senior Sales Representatives in promoting and selling Smith & Nephew Sports Medicine products across the territory.
• Work directly with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to educate them on product use, benefits, and evolving technologies.
• Learn to confidently communicate product value, recommend the right solutions, and explain competitive differentiation.
• Build trust and credibility by being reliable, prepared, and present in every account.
• Provide in‑room support during surgical procedures and product evaluations in both OR and clinic settings.
• Assist with trade shows, in‑services, clinical meetings, and educational events.
• Help manage territory activity by communicating opportunities, wins, and challenges to leadership.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and support customers before, during, and after cases.

• Bachelor’s degree required (all majors considered).
• Former collegiate or competitive athletes strongly encouraged to apply.
• Coachable, competitive, and self‑motivated mindset.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a clinical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the Salem, NH area and surrounding territory.

On‑Target Earnings (Year
1): $65,000–$70,000
