Job Duties and Responsibilities
*** Technical Assistance:
Provide quoting, technical advice and support to the sales team regarding product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting customer inquiries.
* Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and assist them in resolving product-related issues.
* Documentation:
Prepare and maintain documentation on product specifications, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting procedures to support the sales team and customers.

* Collaboration:

Work closely with sales representatives, engineering and other internal support teams to relay customer feedback and ensure that products meet market demands.
* Training:
Conduct training sessions for sales staff on product features and technical aspects to enhance their selling capabilities.

** Education and Experience Requirements

* Education:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a related discipline is typically required.

Experience:

0-2 years of related experience in technical sales support or a similar role is often preferred.
