- Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience
- Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships
- Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds
