** The Outside Sales Support Specialist

** by supporting the sales force and delivering professional, accurate quotes.
* ** Translates sales data and margin analysis**, as well as usage reports, into actionable insights for account managers using SAP and BW (Business Warehouse) systems.
* ** Guides and streamlines
** special pricing and cost requests from the sales team.
* Provides comprehensive PSA management and contract review, coordinates sales deal pricing in PAW (Price Agreement Workbench), and works alongside account and district managers to implement effective pricing strategies.
* Prepares business reviews and performance metrics to help account managers shape successful sales strategies.
* Collaborates with the dispute workbench team to resolve customer pricing inquiries smoothly and efficiently.
* Establishes new accounts and ensures accurate system setup for the region.
* Partners with the e-business team to seamlessly transition customers onto
* ** Proactively reviews
** account pricing to identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
* Coordinates and updates contract pricing for designated districts, managing approvals within PROS.
* Supports and executes the Annual Price Increase (API) process for designated districts.

* Required Qualifications:

** high school diploma
** or equivalent.
* Two years in a customer service and/or sales related role.
* Working knowledge of
** Microsoft Office Suite:
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**.
* Ability to
** add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure**, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals;
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent’s.
* Ability to
