Role Description The Inside Sales Representative & Project Management role is a full-time, on-site position based in Salem, NH. Northeast Digital Imaging is a large and small format print shop who is looking for someone to help with project management, and inside sales/customer service. This is a small family run business with great clean working conditions. We are looking for a person that may have experience in the printing world or is interested in learning this aspect of the service we provide.

You must be customer service and team orientated with good commutation skills. This is a full time position and you do work from our office location (NOT at home). Must be willing to go to locations to take measurements and pictures and be willing to follow the project through to quoting completion and beyond. We are willing to train the right person.

There is room to grow to other area of the company. Math skills and computers are very important and knowledge of Quick Books is helpful. Paid PTO and holidays. Some travel will be expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated inside sales skills, including comfort with phone, email, and in-person outreach.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle questions, concerns, and follow-up professionally.
• Solid organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and customer-facing correspondence.
• Proficiency with basic office software; ability to learn new tools as needed.
• Comfort working on-site in a production environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, print, and installation.
• Prior experience in printing, signage, graphic arts, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
