Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with middle school aged children
- Provides individual counseling to students with social emotional learning needs.
- Licenced social worker or mental health counselor
- Experience in providing positive behavior supports and interventions
- Individual and small group skill instruction
- Ability to coach teachers and team members for implementation of mental health support strategies
- Integral team member in developing and implementing behavior support plans and interventions
- Possess strong communication skills
- Collaboratively work with families and school teams
