Provide thoughtful product recommendations that fit the athlete's skill/experience level.;
Assist the Field Lead/Coach with field programming and events.;
Build relationships with local schools, community organizations, and sports leagues for partnerships and field events.;
Assist with providing outstanding teammate training and coaching to deliver on the store vision and experience.;
Promote company programs including warranty sales, Scorecard (loyalty program), private-label credit cards, and other seasonal promotions.
