Canobie Lake Toyota is a fast-growing, customer-focused dealership serving the Merrimack Valley and Southern NH.

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to support our busy Parts Department. This is a hands-on, high-impact role—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly.

• Receive incoming parts and inventory shipments; inspect, verify, and log deliveries
• Process and ship outbound orders to customers and wholesale accounts accurately and on time
• Stock shelves, maintain bin locations, and keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers on deliveries, pickups, and discrepancies
• Enter receipts and shipping activity into the dealership management system (DMS)
• Track special orders and report issues to the Parts Manager
• Assist with returns, warranty parts handling, and general warehouse support

Required:

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory tracking)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Dealer Track/XTime
• Forklift experience or certification

• $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
