Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Salem, NH
Pay: $20-$22/hour | Day Shift
We are hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in inventory management, cycle counting, warehouse operations, and forklift operation
.
- Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Pick, stage, and distribute materials for production and customer orders
- Package and prepare outbound shipments, vendor returns, and transfers
- Stock and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Perform inventory transactions, transfers, adjustments, and material movements within the ERP system
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and other warehouse functions as needed
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience required
- Strong inventory control and cycle count experience
- Good math and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience using ERP systems and basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to safely operate a stand-up forklift required
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and operating material handling equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
