What You’ll Do:

✔ Support various departments with administrative and clerical tasks
✔ Perform invoice entry, AP/AR, and data entry with precision
✔ Maintain orderly records and ensure documentation accuracy
✔ Assist with office coordination and communication
✔ Use ERP systems and 3-way matching for invoice processing (preferred)

🔹 Experience with AP/AR, especially in a manufacturing setting
