Job DescriptionThis role involves continuously and efficiently operating production equipment at an organic plant. The position requires the willingness to learn on the job, reliability, attention to quality detail, and adherence to safety standards. You will work 3‑12 hour shifts, typically on a night schedule, with on‑call for one Saturday per month. Pay starts at $20 per hour plus increases based on experience.
A mechanical background is a plus.
Operate production equipment continuously and efficiently.
Requirements- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Mechanical background a plus
- Ability to climb ladders and work around industrial equipment
- Perform required production quality control checks and analysis
- Document efforts in accordance with policies and procedures
- Willingness to work overtime (including night and weekends)
- Perform routine housekeeping
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Electrical background is a plus
- Full‑time position
