• Work toward deadlines, independently or in a small team.
• Maintain strong mechanical aptitude; use tools such as levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, etc.
• Operate and maintain overhead cranes/hoists.
• Measure product dimensions to ensure conformance to specifications using rulers, calipers, gauges, micrometers.
• Accurately position and align components for proper fit.
• Write or complete reports based on test findings.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with all Butech Bliss safety rules.
• Maintain housekeeping of designated areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Must possess own tools.
• Problem analysis and solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, bend, reach, push and pull.
• Physical fitness to meet cab crane operation requirements if applicable.
• High School diploma or GED.
