Job Overview
Fresh Mark facility in Salem, OH has immediate laborer openings for associates to join our food production team. This is a full‑time position.
Compensation and ScheduleHourly rate starting at $15.00–$16.50 per hour. $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift. Opportunity to bid for higher paying positions after 3 months. Rates are determined by position and will be discussed during Monday–Saturday shifts.
- 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 12:30 am
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
- Work in a cool manufacturing environment.
- Work overtime and weekends if needed.
- Pre‑employment drug testing required.
- Paid vacations and holidays.
- Educational assistance and reimbursement.
