Manufacturing Assembly

Tru Cut Incorporated seeks a Manufacturing Assembly team member to build precision cutting tools and drill bits for industrial customers. In this hands on role, you will assemble components to tight tolerances, follow detailed work instructions, and perform in process inspections to ensure reliability and accuracy. You'll use hand tools, gauges, and basic production equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision cutting tools and drill bits to production specifications
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and job travelers
• Use hand and power tools, jigs, and fixtures safely and accurately
• Inspect parts using gauges and measurement tools to verify tolerances
• Document production, quality checks, and any nonconformances
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members and leads to meet daily output goals
• Support continuous improvement, 5
• S, and lean manufacturing practices
