Fin Press Operator

Tru Cut Incorporated is seeking a Fin Press Operator to support our Manufacturing & Production team in producing precision cutting components. This hands on role sets up and operates fin press equipment, follows detailed specifications, and performs in process inspections using precision measuring tools. The Fin Press Operator monitors machine performance, completes basic maintenance, and ensures safe, efficient production. Working in our culture of precision and continuous improvement, you'll collaborate closely with teammates, uphold strict quality and safety standards, and help deliver reliable, high performance cutting tools to industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fin press equipment to produce precision metal components to specification
• Read blueprints, work orders, and production drawings to determine tooling and machine settings
• Monitor press operations, inspect parts using precision measuring tools, and adjust settings to maintain quality
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and report mechanical problems
• Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and housekeeping standards in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Record production data, collaborate with team members, and support continuous improvement initiatives
